Lyn, a big virtual squeeze from my warmth and gratitude.
Many of us are unscathed by family and domestic violence and I would like you to know that from your mothers pain and sacrifices, even your own, you have been a role model to two of the strongest women in my life!
I think from pain and darkness gives birth to our true leaders in this world, the ones we worship, the ones who see through all the bullshit and deceit and choose to rise up to stand and protect those who need advocating for.
You are a leader! Lead the way.
And if anyone makes you think for one moment sharing this part of yourself is too revealing, they need to look at themselves and wonder why it makes them feel so uncomfortable.
It takes a lot of courage to be able to talk about these things. Well done Lyn you’re such a beautiful and inspiring woman and what you have achieved in your life is truly amazing. Love you so much! ❤️❤️❤️
Absolutely - this resonated with me. How does a victim act? From some one who loves someone traumatised by their childhood - I've often been told its not like the movies. Blessings to you both for sharing.
